Teen Mental Health First Aid

teen Mental Health First Aid (tMHFA) is an evidence-based program that teaches teens in grades 9-12, or ages 14-18, how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges in their friends and peers. The training gives teens the skills to have supportive conversations with their friends and how to get help from a responsible and trusted adult.

This class is broken into three sessions. July 20, 22, and 24th. It will be taught either 8:00 am to 9:30 am or 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
